How you will make an impact at Io-Tahoe

The Regional Sales Manager (East Coast) will be a key player in supporting Io-Tahoe’s growth and a leader for the US sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new and existing US customers in the financial and other sectors. You are results-driven, comfortable with moving at a fast pace of a charged startup and a team player. Your success relies on your passion for our data technology. You are well motivated, hungry for success and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment!

You will be responsible for a wide range of activities including but not limited to:

  • Build a well-qualified pipeline in your territory
  • Qualifying, forecasting and closing enterprise-class, competitive opportunities
  • Delivering results and exceeding your annual quota
  • Working with pre-sales and technical teams on solving customer related challenges
  • Maximizing value by linking business drivers and problems to our software solution
  • Preparing our customers for success with data discovery


  • You have 5-8 years of experience in field sales selling enterprise software
  • You have experience of working in startup culture. You enjoy startup culture and are committed to driving activity to achieve goals
  • You are flexible and creative and can work in a non-corporate environment
  • You have a proven ability to engage both high and wide in accounts and can engage effectively with C-level, IT and business line executives
  • Must have hunter mentality with experience in a direct sales role
  • Must have track record of winning new business in a competitive environment
  • You have a true sales DNA with experience in a fast-growth, sales-driven culture that is results and rewards-driven
  • You can conceptually understand data solutions and explain it at a high level
  • You are exceptional at building a solid pipeline
  • You have passion and energy
  • You have a strong work ethic and thrive working independently
  • You have experience working for an existing software company, ideally selling high-value, enterprise-class solutions involving both business sponsors and IT
  • You have ideally worked for a leading data technology company or one of the SaaS vendors
